Having grown up on a farm, I'm spoiled When it comes to clear star-filled skies at night.
It's someting that is not seen often by people that grew up in Cities.

I love astronomy and still have to finish my first 6" telescope I'm building.

Kids.
They must be the most satisfying subject to photograph. I like to just sit and try and get good shots while they are just going about their business of being kids.
